How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the UK?
Yes we do! We accept orders globally!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Is it secure?
The True Tarpan checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, True Tarpan has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

What is the Returns and Exchange Policy?
If you're not completely happy with an item, we will gladly exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it is returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached.
Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of our shipping date.
Please note that we only offer size exchanges. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute size is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website.
Returned items will be refunded within 2 to 3 business days after receipt and subject to our inspection that the items are in original unworn condition, with all original tickets and hangtags attached.
Unfortunately, returns received outside these periods cannot be accepted, so please also allow enough transit time for your goods to get back to us – 4 days is usually sufficient via Royal Mail. We will always make allowances for disruption to postal services which might affect your return getting back to us, but if you think your return may be late for any other reason, please contact us (at firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible.
The original credit card, gift voucher or Paypal account used for payment will be credited with the value of the items at the time of the original purchase. We will not make refunds to a third party.
For returned items paid for by gift voucher, please contact us to ensure that your gift voucher is credited accordingly.
Please keep copies of your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if your parcel gets lost.

The form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the item(s) you wish to return. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. If a form has not been enclosed with your order, please contact us at email@example.com
We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered post and retain proof of posting. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.
For orders shipped outside the UK
Returns need to reach us within 30 days of our shipping date. Returns received outside these periods can't be accepted, so please also allow enough transit time for your goods to get back to us - 10 days is usually sufficient via standard mail.
We will always make allowances for disruption to postal services and airlines which might affect your return getting back to us, but if you think your return may be late for any other reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please mark your package clearly as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid delays at customs. We suggest you use an insured, traceable shipping method and keep your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if it gets lost.
